Technical Writer

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and experienced, the senior Technical Writer will create, maintain, and improve documentation for data center operations and services in a remote contract position with potential for long-term work.

Key responsibilities:

• Create, maintain, and enhance documentation supporting data center operations and infrastructure
• Support regulatory and compliance requirements related to documentation
• Occasionally travel to data center facilities as needed

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of technical writing experience, with a minimum of 2 years in data center environments
• Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong ability to explain technical concepts clearly and concisely
• Proven experience managing multiple projects independently
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
