Job Summary

To enhance Rippling's profile with technical buyers, the full-time remote Developer Educator will write technical blog posts and white papers, interview customers and engineers for insights, and collaborate with various teams to create compelling narratives about customer solutions on the Rippling platform.

Key responsibilities

• Write technical blog posts and white papers detailing customer solutions and integration technology
• Interview customers and engineers to extract detailed architecture decisions and implementation specifics
• Collaborate with post-sales, product, and marketing teams to draft content that showcases innovative uses of Rippling's tech stack

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical writing, developer education, or related fields
• A portfolio featuring in-depth technical content such as blog posts, white papers, or conference talks
• Ability to read architecture diagrams and understand enterprise SaaS integration patterns
• Strong interviewing skills to extract technical details from customers and engineers
• Self-direction and ownership of project timelines and editorial standards
