Technical Writer

Job Summary

Seeking a contract Technical Writer to work remotely, who will manage the development and maintenance of user guides for a device portfolio, support content migration into a new management tool, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with organizational standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Support the upkeep and ongoing development of product user guides in multiple languages and configurations
• Adhere to and enhance existing content processes and workflows
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure content is current and aligns with regulatory standards

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Technical Communication, Library Science, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in technical writing and content administration
• Proficiency with Adobe InDesign and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Experience with structured content management systems, preferably DITA-based
• Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Miro, Jira, and Confluence
