Job Summary

Seeking a remote Technical Writer, this full-time position will develop user-focused documentation for mission-critical systems, collaborating with engineers and product teams to translate complex technical concepts into accessible content.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain user manuals, guides, and process documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create clear, user-friendly documentation
• Manage documentation projects from planning through publication, ensuring clarity and accuracy

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of professional experience in technical writing or documentation development
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio
• Experience developing documentation for software systems or enterprise applications
• Strong writing, editing, and documentation structuring skills
