Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Technical Writer to develop clear, high-quality documentation for electronic signage products, collaborating with engineers and product managers to create user manuals, installation guides, and maintenance instructions in a structured office environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop user guides, maintenance, and troubleshooting documentation for digital signage products
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather technical details and translate them into user-friendly content
• Create visual aids and maintain document version control in compliance with industry standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, Engineering, English, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in technical writing, preferably in manufacturing or electronics
• Proficiency in documentation tools such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Microsoft Word
• Experience with electronic signage or AV systems, including understanding of safety standards
• Ability to read technical drawings and create annotated illustrations using CAD or graphic tools
