Technical Writer

Job Summary

Owning and driving content for key product areas, the full-time Technical Writer will create scalable, high-impact documentation for software products while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end software documentation processes from planning to publication
• Enforce documentation standards and maintain information architecture for content scalability and reusability
• Utilize AI-assisted authoring tools and modern version control systems to enhance documentation quality and productivity

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in technical writing
• 2+ years of experience in creating and managing software documentation, including APIs and SDKs
• Strong understanding of information architecture and content strategy
• Exceptional project management and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency with version control systems, particularly Git
