Job Summary

To support groundbreaking commercial nuclear reactor projects, the remote contract Technical Writer will draft, update, and edit technical specifications, manuals, and reports while collaborating with engineering teams to ensure clarity and accuracy in documentation.

Key responsibilities:

• Draft, update, and rigorously edit technical documents for new commercial nuclear reactor projects
• Support Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Nuclear Collaboration Systems with design control and requirements management
• Ensure timely and budget-compliant deliverables while developing user-friendly templates that meet industry standards

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Proven technical writing experience
• Proficiency in MS Word and Visio
• Experience in configuration management and documentation processes
• Ability to work collaboratively with engineering teams
