Job Summary

To support groundbreaking commercial reactor projects, the remote contract Technical Writer will draft, update, and rigorously edit technical specifications, manuals, and reports while collaborating with engineering teams to ensure documentation accuracy and completeness.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, update, and edit technical specifications and manuals for new commercial nuclear reactor projects
• Support Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Nuclear Collaboration Systems with design control and requirements management
• Ensure timely and budget-compliant deliverables while developing user-friendly templates that meet industry standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Proven technical writing experience
• Proficiency in MS Word and Visio
• Experience with configuration management and documentation standards
• Ability to work collaboratively with engineering teams
