Job Summary

Leading the development and maintenance of process documentation, the full-time Technical Writer will evaluate knowledge base effectiveness, identify gaps, and create solutions while working in a hybrid or remote capacity.

Key responsibilities:
  • Develops procedures, job aids, and knowledge management strategies
  • Analyzes documentation gaps and recommends improvements for efficiency and quality
  • Partners with internal stakeholders to build subject matter content strategy and translates complex information into clear documentation
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
  • 3-5 years of related technical writing experience required
  • Understanding of documentation lifecycle and knowledge management principles
