Job Summary

To develop clear, high-quality documentation for electronic signage products, the full-time Technical Writer will create user manuals, installation guides, and troubleshooting resources while collaborating with engineers and product managers in Colorado Springs, CO.

Key responsibilities:

• Create user guides, maintenance manuals, and troubleshooting documentation for digital signage products
• Collaborate with engineering and support teams to gather technical information and translate it into user-friendly content
• Maintain document version control and ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations

Required qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in technical writing, preferably in a manufacturing or electronics environment
• Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, Engineering, English, or a related field
• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Word, and FrameMaker
• Experience documenting hardware and software products, with familiarity in digital display technology
• Ability to read technical drawings and electrical schematics
