Job Summary
Leading the development and maintenance of process documentation, the full-time Technical Writer will evaluate knowledge base effectiveness, identify gaps, and create solutions while working in a hybrid or remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop procedures, job aids, and knowledge management strategies to enhance documentation
- Analyze process documentation gaps and recommend improvements for efficiency and quality
- Translate complex subject matter into clear procedural and reference materials for associates
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
- 3-5 years of related technical writing experience required
- Understanding of documentation lifecycle and knowledge management principles
- Experience with existing and emerging technical writing technology, including AI
- Ability to provide guidance to entry-level associates and peers
