Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time contract basis, the Technical Writer will create, edit, and maintain technical documentation while collaborating with subject matter experts and utilizing AI tools to enhance documentation workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain technical documentation such as procedures, work instructions, and guidance documents
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and verify technical information
• Utilize AI-powered tools to improve drafting, editing, and content organization processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, English, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of professional technical writing experience
• Experience using AI tools for documentation development and editing
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering and best practices for AI-generated content
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear documentation
