Technical Writer

Job Summary

Acting as a communication bridge between subject-matter experts and users, the full-time ClaimsXM Technical Writer will gather, analyze, and translate complex information into user-friendly documentation while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced IT environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with operational users and technical staff to gather accurate technical information for documentation
• Create, write, format, and maintain IT governance documentation, including policies and procedures
• Review and test content for consistency and accuracy, ensuring it is comprehensible for various audiences

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of technical writing and training experience in a fast-paced IT organization
• Experience working directly with technical and operational team members
• Proficiency in Microsoft Products such as Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint
• Analytical mindset with the ability to digest large amounts of data to build materials
• Knowledge of the 7 C's of Technical Writing and proficiency with documentation software
