Job Summary
To support the development and continuous improvement of processes and workflows, the full-time remote Technical Writer will manage document reviews, contribute to quality assurance programs, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance organizational policies and procedures.
Key responsibilities
- Contribute to the implementation of a comprehensive Quality and Process Improvement Program
- Develop and update processes in collaboration with stakeholders and conduct Quality Reviews of documents and deliverables
- Support the Internal Quality Audit Program and collect user requirements through research and analysis
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience
- Two years of experience in developing and implementing quality assurance programs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and SharePoint
- Experience with quality process management and organizational change
- U.S. Citizenship and ability to pass a government background investigation
