Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Technical Writer will support the upkeep and development of user guides for a medical device portfolio, manage content migration into a new content management tool, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Support the ongoing development of user guides in various languages and configurations
  • Adhere to and improve existing content processes and workflows
  • Collaborate with diverse teams to ensure content compliance with organizational and regulatory standards
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Technical Communication, Library Science, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in technical writing, content administration, or CMS management
  • Proficiency with Adobe InDesign and Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Experience with structured content management systems, preferably DITA-based
  • Familiarity with medical, clinical, and technical aspects of diabetes management and drug delivery products
