Technical Writer

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Technical Writer will support and maintain user guides for the Omnipod portfolio, manage content migration into a new content management tool, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with organizational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support the upkeep and ongoing development of user guides in multiple languages and configurations
• Adhere to and improve existing content processes and workflows while ensuring compliance with stakeholder requirements
• Collaborate with various teams, including content strategists and regulatory leads, to align content with organizational standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Technical Communication, Library Science, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in technical writing, content administration, or CMS management
• Proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Adobe Cloud, and Adobe Acrobat
• Familiarity with DITA and structured content management systems
• Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or diabetes management preferred
