Technical Writer

Job Summary

To support the Developer Relations group, the remote Technical Writer will write and maintain documentation for developers using the Pantheon Platform, ensuring clarity and usability while collaborating with Product Managers and other teams.

Key responsibilities

• Write technical documentation based on the behavior of the Pantheon platform
• Review and maintain documentation written by others, including auditing the Documentation GitHub repository
• Collaborate with Product Managers and coordinate with Marketing and Customer Success for coherent customer communications

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of technical writing experience, ideally with Markdown
• Hands-on experience with website operations, particularly WordPress, Drupal, or Next.js
• Proficiency in basic developer tooling like Git
• Experience with continuous delivery and agile workflows
• Familiarity with remote-first collaboration tools such as GitHub, Slack, and Jira
