Technical Writer

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Technical Writer will assist the Documentation team in creating and managing user documentation, participating in the Agile process, and collaborating with various teams to enhance user experience and content quality.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the creation and management of user documentation for the full suite of products
• Participate in writing release notes and documentation updates in response to feature development
• Collect user feedback and define strategies for content improvement through direct interaction

Required qualifications

• Experience developing and executing an information plan in a timely manner
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with Product Owners, Developers, and Subject Matter Experts
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines while maintaining quality standards
• Exposure to content management systems such as Confluence and Salesforce Knowledge is a plus
• A university degree in Technical Communication or equivalent work experience is highly valued
