Technical Writer
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Technical Writer will manage the organization and maintenance of Azure DevOps Wiki, create process flows and system documentation, and collaborate with various teams to ensure accurate knowledge sharing.
Key responsibilities
- Organize and maintain Azure DevOps Wiki documentation standards for a clear knowledge repository
- Create process flows, integration diagrams, and system documentation for technical and business audiences
- Capture and maintain project artifacts, including requirements, meeting notes, and release procedures
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in Azure DevOps, Miro, Lucidchart, and Microsoft 365
- Experience documenting applications, services, APIs, interfaces, and data flows
- Ability to establish and enforce documentation standards and best practices
- Experience supporting knowledge management initiatives
- Strong collaboration skills with business stakeholders and technical teams
