Job Summary

Seeking a contract Technical Writer, the remote position will create and maintain documentation and knowledge resources for enterprise AI enablement, translating complex concepts into clear content for SharePoint and Confluence while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain SharePoint and Confluence pages for AI enablement and governance, ensuring logical navigation and content organization
• Create and edit various documentation types, including procedures, process guides, and decision trees for diverse audiences
• Develop process maps and workflow diagrams to clarify roles and escalation paths, while validating content with subject-matter experts

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in technical writing, IT documentation, or related fields
• Hands-on experience with SharePoint and Confluence content creation and maintenance
• Ability to create clear procedures and visual documentation for complex workflows
• Working knowledge of enterprise technology environments and effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proficiency with tools such as Visio, PowerPoint, and Word for documentation purposes
