Job Summary

To enhance documentation processes, the full-time Technical Writer will create, edit, and maintain technical documentation while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain user manuals, guides, and other technical documentation
• Collaborate with engineers and product managers to gather information and ensure accuracy
• Review and edit documentation for clarity, consistency, and adherence to standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Communication, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in technical writing or a similar role
• Proficiency with documentation tools such as MadCap Flare or Adobe FrameMaker
• Experience in software development or IT-related fields
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
