Technical Writer

Job Summary

To support the Global Professional Sales team, the full-time remote Associate Technical Writer will analyze RFI, RFP, and RFQ requests to craft strategic proposal responses that highlight Procore's competitive advantages while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze incoming RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs to develop strategically positioned proposal responses
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather accurate information and refine proposal messaging
• Create and maintain original technical content within the proposal content management database

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, English, Marketing, Communications, or a related field with an emphasis on technical writing, plus 2+ years of relevant experience
• Solid understanding of construction project management processes and SaaS frameworks
• Proven ability to write clear and compelling technical content tailored to target audiences
• Experience with construction management software or proposal management platforms is preferred
