Job Summary
Collaborating with engineers and product teams, the full-time Technical Writer will create and maintain user-friendly technical documentation for products and technologies, ensuring clarity and accuracy while working primarily in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Create, revise, and maintain various technical documents, including manuals and application guides
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and clarify technical information
- Review and update existing documentation as products and processes evolve
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Writing, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of technical writing experience, or 3+ years with a degree specialization in technical writing
- Ability to understand and navigate technical drawings and specifications
- Familiarity with CAD navigation or similar engineering/design tools
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat Pro
