Technical Writer

Job Summary

Joining a dynamic team, the full-time Associate Technical Writer will analyze proposal requests and craft high-quality RFI, RFP, and RFQ responses remotely, collaborating with cross-functional teams to articulate the company's value proposition.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze incoming RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs to develop strategically positioned proposal responses
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather accurate information and refine proposal messaging
• Create and maintain original, technical, product-specific content within the proposal content management database

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, English, Marketing, Communications, or a related field with an emphasis on technical writing and 2+ years of relevant experience
• Solid understanding of construction project management processes and SaaS frameworks
• Proven ability to write clear and compelling technical content tailored to target audience objectives
• Highly accountable and detail-oriented with success in managing multiple deadlines
• Prior experience with construction management software or proposal management platforms is preferred
