Technical Writer
Job Summary
To support a growing fintech company, the full-time Technical Writer will create and maintain high-quality documentation and workflows related to the task tracker while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Write and update documentation for product modules, technical solutions, guides, and regulations
- Standardize documents and maintain the structure of the wiki space, including templates and navigation
- Gather information from subject matter experts and troubleshoot technical issues with documentation rendering and automation
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a technical writer or documentation editor
- Native Russian and proficiency in written English (B2)
- Experience with Confluence, including creating and structuring templates
- Understanding of documentation structure principles and the ability to independently research technical topics
- Basic understanding of product development concepts, including front-end and back-end technologies
