Technical Writer
Job Summary
To elevate user learning and success with software, the full-time remote Technical Writer will research, draft, and publish user-centric product support articles, collaborating with Instructional Designers to create interactive materials for the Neon One Academy.
Key responsibilities
- Draft, edit, and publish user-friendly support articles, release notes, and user guides for the software platform
- Collaborate with Instructional Designers to co-create educational courses and learning paths for the Neon One Academy
- Translate complex software mechanics and workflows into clear, actionable steps for nonprofit professionals
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical writing or product documentation within a B2B SaaS environment
- Demonstrated experience using AI writing and editing tools to enhance productivity
- Understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and structured documentation
- Experience partnering with Instructional Designers or Learning & Development teams
- Proven ability to work with Product Managers and Support Engineers to distill technical details for end users
