Job Summary

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the full-time remote Technical Writer will develop and maintain customer-facing product documentation, ensuring clarity and accessibility for users of the SaaS product suite.

Key responsibilities

• Creating product documentation and release notes for the SaaS product suite
• Collaborating with Product Management, Engineering, and QA teams to gather information on new features and updates
• Auditing existing documentation for accuracy and quality improvement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• At least three years of experience in a corporate technical writing role
• Experience writing customer-facing documentation for SaaS products
• Familiarity with formal content standards or editorial style guides
• Comfortable working with HTML and web-based content management systems
