Job Summary

To support a CMS program focused on Medicaid program integrity, the full-time remote Technical Writer will lead the development and quality assurance of audit reports and project deliverables while collaborating with auditors and project leadership to ensure compliance with federal and state requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead development, coordination, and quality assurance of audit reports and supporting documentation
• Ensure all deliverables meet CMS standards and federal reporting requirements
• Draft, edit, and finalize reports, synthesizing complex information into clear, client-ready products

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical writing or report development within healthcare or government contracting
• Experience managing complex, multi-contributor documents such as audit reports
• Strong knowledge of technical writing and document quality assurance practices
• Working knowledge of CMS standards and federal reporting requirements or ability to quickly learn
