Technical Writer

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Technical Writer will produce tutorials, how-to guides, and troubleshooting content for internal Healthcare Platform documentation while collaborating with engineering teams to ensure technical accuracy and maintaining documentation in response to product changes.

Key responsibilities:

• Writes tutorials, how-to guides, release documentation, and troubleshooting content
• Collaborates with engineering to ensure technical accuracy
• Maintains documentation in response to product updates and customer feedback

Required qualifications:

• 3-5+ years of technical writing experience in a software or technical product environment
• 2-4+ years of experience collaborating with engineering teams and product managers in agile environments
• 2+ years of experience using developer-oriented documentation formats such as Markdown or reStructuredText
• 2+ years of experience working with Git/GitHub workflows
• 2+ years of experience producing technical diagrams and system documentation using tools like Figma or Visio
