Job Summary

Working remotely on a 12-month contract basis, the Technical Writer and AI Quality Analyst will create and maintain internal help center resources, evaluate AI-generated responses, and improve documentation accuracy for IT support and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and update clear, concise help center articles and troubleshooting guides
  • Test and analyze AI support bot outputs for accuracy and relevance
  • Investigate and resolve content inaccuracies by updating or creating new documentation
Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in technical writing for help centers and IT troubleshooting
  • Proficiency in evaluating and working with AI tools, including LLMs
  • Strong analytical skills to trace and fix content issues
  • Experience with Knowledge Management Platforms, preferably Contentful
  • Familiarity with Jira is advantageous
