Job Summary
Supporting a large federal healthcare technology program, the full-time Technical Writer / Business Analyst will gather and document requirements, produce technical documentation, and facilitate stakeholder interactions in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business, technical, and operational requirements from stakeholders
- Produce user stories, process flows, SOPs, and training materials to support Agile delivery teams
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to capture and clarify business requirements and ensure project alignment
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Information Systems, Technical Writing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical writing, business analysis, or related roles supporting technology projects
- Strong experience creating documentation for software delivery, APIs, and operational procedures
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Experience facilitating requirements gathering sessions and translating discussions into structured documentation
