Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Writer, Client Enablement.

Key Responsibilities:

Research, organize, and interpret technical concepts for user-friendly documentation
Create and curate various types of content to support learning objectives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain documentation

Required Qualifications:

3+ years in a client or customer facing role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
Proven experience as a Technical Writer, with a portfolio of writing samples
Proficiency in using industry-standard authoring tools, project management tools, and visualization solutions
Familiarity with learning management software, HTML, CSS, and similar solutions
Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
