Technical Writer Consultant
Job Summary
To support the documentation of internal systems and processes, the part-time Technical Writer Consultant will work remotely to consolidate and update documentation for program materials, ensuring relevance for partner-facing use while collaborating with various internal teams.
Key responsibilities
- Support program leads in strengthening and finalizing program guidance for broader application
- Collaborate with the supply chain team to codify systems and workflows, developing priority content for partner-facing hubs
- Work with the MERL team to document systems and workflows, ensuring the creation of relevant partner-facing content
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in social enterprise, international development, or global project/program delivery
- Proven ability to map and document operational processes and systems for usability
- Experience in quality assurance or programmatic compliance within health service delivery
- Demonstrated success in building capacity for program leads and country teams
- Strong writing skills across various formats, including donor reports and operational materials
