Technical Writer & Content Strategist

Job Summary

To support documentation and content strategy efforts, a contract Technical Writer & Content Strategist will work remotely to audit brand voice, develop content standards, and produce help center articles and in-app guidance for a SaaS platform.

Key responsibilities

• Write and maintain help center articles, release announcements, and in-app messaging while collaborating with product, design, and engineering teams
• Audit existing brand voice and content, translating findings into tone guidelines and content architecture aligned with user needs
• Create microcopy and UI text in Figma, advocating for quality in UX copy during design reviews

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical writing and content strategy within SaaS or platform environments
• Hands-on experience with Zendesk and familiarity with Pendo or similar in-app guidance platforms
• Proven ability to conduct content and brand audits with clear methodologies
• Experience in Figma and delivering end-to-end content strategy from research to execution
• Data literacy with the ability to derive insights from analytics tools
