Key Responsibilities

• Develop, organize, and maintain customer-facing documentation including product guides and API references
• Translate complex cybersecurity and SaaS concepts into clear, concise documentation for various audiences
• Partner with engineers and product managers to gather information and validate technical accuracy

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a technical writer for B2B SaaS or cybersecurity products
• Demonstrated experience documenting APIs and security tools
• Proficiency in Markdown, Git workflows, and static site generators
• Basic proficiency in Javascript/CSS for static site appearance tweaks
• Ability to read and explain code snippets in formats like YAML, JSON, Bash, or Python
