Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Writer/Editor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, create, update, and maintain documentation for technical support, administration, and usage of the on-site ServiceNow platform
  • Create, update, and maintain standard operating procedures, knowledge articles, training materials, and assessment documentation
  • Perform miscellaneous duties as needed

Required Qualifications:
  • Three years of experience in creating technical documentation for application system platforms
  • Proficiency in Microsoft O365 Suite
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Management, or equivalent experience
  • 2-3 years of Government experience
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance (preferred)
