Technical Writer - Electronic Signage

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Writer specializing in electronic signage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, write, and maintain technical documentation including installation manuals, user guides, and maintenance guides
• Collaborate with engineers and support teams to gather technical details and create visual aids
• Ensure documentation complies with industry standards and assist in creating training materials

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, Engineering, English, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in technical writing, preferably in a manufacturing or electronics environment
• Experience documenting hardware and software products
• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Microsoft Word, and FrameMaker
• Familiarity with embedded systems or digital display technology is a strong plus
