Technical Writer (Fintech)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Writer with experience in mortgage and fintech platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain technical documentation for mortgage and fintech systems
• Develop user guides, API documentation, knowledge base articles, and training materials
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to document features and system changes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, or related field, or 7 years of relevant experience
• Ability to obtain VA Public Trust Clearance
• Experience writing API documentation and developer-facing content
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Adobe, Confluence, SharePoint, and Markdown editors
• Strong ability to understand and explain complex technical systems
