Seeking a full-time Technical Writer (Fintech) to work remotely, who will create and maintain user-friendly documentation for mortgage and fintech systems, translating complex technical concepts into accessible content while collaborating with various teams to ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Create and maintain technical documentation for mortgage and fintech systems
- Develop user guides, API documentation, and training materials
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to document features and system changes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, or related field, or 7 years of relevant experience
- Ability to obtain VA Public Trust Clearance
- Experience writing API documentation and developer-facing content
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Adobe, Confluence, and SharePoint
- Strong understanding of complex technical systems and regulatory requirements
