Technical Writer for App Store
Job Summary
To enhance the usability of the client's App Store, the remote, part-time App Exchange Technical Writer will create and update developer-targeted documentation, including technical manuals and user guides, while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Create and update documentation for the client's App Store
- Develop, write, edit, and format technical materials targeted primarily to developers
- Adhere to format, content, and style guidelines to ensure accuracy and quality in documentation
Required qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of technical writing experience, with a preference for more senior experience
- Prior experience authoring developer-targeted deliverables
- Experience writing for an App Exchange, App Store, or App Marketplace
- Writing samples required pre-interview
- Experience optimizing for AI retrieval is a plus, along with familiarity with AI tools
