Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employee Experience Technical Writer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create and enhance user-centric content for Digital Employee Experience initiatives
  • Design documentation frameworks and templates for goal-setting, workforce planning, and project execution
  • Develop user guides, training materials, and content strategies for tool adoption and best practices
Required Qualifications
  • 7 years of technical writing experience, preferably in an HR environment
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
  • Experience with HR tools such as Workday and Greenhouse
  • Familiarity with content management systems like Confluence and RightAnswers
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
