Technical Writer for Federal Civ

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Writer (Fed Civ) to develop and write Federal Civilian proposals.

Key Responsibilities

• Interview Program Managers, Subject Matter Experts, and Solution Architects to draft compliant technical proposal content
• Harvest win themes and key discriminators to articulate compelling proposal narratives aligned with customer needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and attend meetings to ensure comprehensive understanding of proposal opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical field with 10+ years of professional work experience, or equivalent technical certifications
• Strong technical background in areas such as data analytics, cybersecurity, or engineering
• Experience writing narratives for Federal Civilian IT, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or Operations solutions
• Proven experience with Federal Civilian agencies
• Ability to develop tailored proposal content under tight deadlines
