Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Technical Writer for Federal Civil proposals, the candidate will develop and curate technical content by collaborating with Solution Architects and Subject Matter Experts, leveraging interviews and research to create compelling proposal narratives in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Interview Program Managers and Subject Matter Experts to draft compliant technical proposal content
- Harvest win themes and key discriminators to articulate compelling proposal narratives that align with customer needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and synthesize information for proposal development under tight deadlines
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a technical field with 10+ years of professional experience, or equivalent technical certifications and Fed Civ proposal writing experience
- Proficient understanding of data analytics, cybersecurity, DevSecOps, engineering, or related technical fields
- Experience writing narratives for Federal Civil IT, Cybersecurity, or Engineering solutions
- Familiarity with Fed Civ agencies and their proposal requirements
- Strong ability to assess and digest information to develop tailored proposal content under tight deadlines
