Technical Writer for IT

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Technical Writer for IT will create and update documentation to support IT products and business processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Writing and maintaining documentation for various IT products and standard operating procedures
• Updating existing documentation to keep it current and relevant
• Collaborating with developers and other team members to gather information and verify documentation accuracy

Required qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as a technical writer in IT
• Proficiency with version control systems (git) and development tools (IntelliJ IDEA, VS Code, or similar)
• Experience with Hugo for generating static documentation
• Strong knowledge of Markdown and experience documenting APIs and technical solutions
• Advanced English proficiency and excellent knowledge of Russian
