Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage the documentation strategy for new network technologies
• Create and maintain various technical documents, including SOPs and user guides
• Collaborate with technical teams to gather and validate information for documentation

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Proven experience in technical writing within IT or a related field
• Proficiency with documentation tools and platforms such as Confluence and SharePoint
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects independently
• Associate degree in English, Communications, or Journalism is preferred
• Understanding of networking concepts and technologies is a plus
