Technical Writer for Relays

Job Summary

To support the Product Development Engineering and Application Engineering teams, the full-time Technical Writer for Relays will develop and maintain customer-facing technical documentation while collaborating closely with engineers and product management in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain datasheets, product manuals, user guides, and other technical content
• Collaborate with engineers to translate technical designs into clear documentation for users and stakeholders
• Identify opportunities to streamline documentation processes and implement new tools or workflows

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Engineering, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of technical writing experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment
• Experience writing documentation for electrical power systems, electrical safety products, or electronics systems
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with engineers and product managers
• Proficiency with standard documentation and publishing tools (e.g., Microsoft Office/365, Adobe FrameMaker)
