Technical Writer I

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Technical Writer I will produce high-quality documentation for software products, including web-based and print materials, while managing multiple projects and collaborating with development teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Produces outstanding documentation following existing style and formatting guidelines for both web and print
• Ensures consistency in documentation and communications
• Collaborates with the software development team to ensure features are documented properly

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field desired
• Minimum of two years of technical writing experience or producing similar documentation
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word
• Working knowledge of HTML and familiarity with Adobe Photoshop required
• Knowledge of Adobe RoboHelp is a plus
