Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Writer II, Knowledge Base & Enablement (IT/Service Desk).
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the Knowledge Base initiative, including curation and delivery to clients
- Support design and implementation of knowledge flow strategies and technology infrastructure
- Facilitate requirement gathering and documentation, collaborating with various stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation or knowledge base content
- Hands-on experience with documentation tools such as Confluence, Jira, or Microsoft SharePoint
- Familiarity with HTML or rich text editing for web-based documentation
- Experience working cross-functionally to gather requirements from stakeholders
