Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Writer II, Knowledge Base & Enablement (IT/Service Desk).

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the Knowledge Base initiative, including curation and delivery to clients
  • Support design and implementation of knowledge flow strategies and technology infrastructure
  • Facilitate requirement gathering and documentation, collaborating with various stakeholders
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation or knowledge base content
  • Hands-on experience with documentation tools such as Confluence, Jira, or Microsoft SharePoint
  • Familiarity with HTML or rich text editing for web-based documentation
  • Experience working cross-functionally to gather requirements from stakeholders
