Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Writer III to join their documentation team.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with subject matter experts and product teams to create and maintain core administrator documentation
• Deliver clear and user-friendly documentation for identity and access management administrators
• Investigate and learn about various Ping products to ensure accurate documentation

Required Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of technical writing experience, preferably with IAM applications or security products
• Experience managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines with minimal supervision
• Familiarity with software development processes, including Agile
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Strong understanding of technical administrators' needs and workflows
