Technical Writer/Instructional Designer

Job Summary

Supporting the creation and maintenance of user-facing documentation, the full-time Technical Writer/Instructional Designer will work remotely to enhance instructional content for a healthcare technology product portfolio while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain user guides and instructional documentation for various product configurations
• Ensure documentation accuracy, consistency, and compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements
• Support content migration and implementation initiatives within a component content management system (CCMS)

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, Information Systems, Library Science, English, Communications, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in technical writing, content management, or instructional content creation
• Experience developing user-facing manuals, guides, and instructional materials
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud tools
• Experience with collaboration and project management tools such as Jira and Confluence
